hierover meer in onze blog <a href=\"https:\/\/mcme.be\/en\/blogs\/engagement-geen-hr-thema-maar-een-businessstrategie\/\">Engagament: geen HR-thema, maar een businessstrategie<\/a>). Het is ook een motor van welzijn en bevlogenheid bij die medewerkers.<\/p><p>Organisaties die via de juiste tevredenheidsvariabelen hun medewerkers betrokken houden, kunnen die bevlogenheid letterlijk meten: meer focus, meer energie, meer enthousiasme. Nu horen we dit allemaal wel eens in de wandelgangen, maar het zijn niet puur begrippen. We kunnen dit linken aan concreet gedrag dat we kunnen zien en meten.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d2ca98d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d2ca98d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Wat betekent het om \u00e9cht ge-engageerd te zijn?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0de2193 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0de2193\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Engagement is geen vaag gevoel van tevredenheid. Het is een actieve staat van betrokkenheid waarbij medewerkers:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Gefocust zijn tijdens hun werk: Ze laten zich niet snel afleiden, blijven geconcentreerd en zijn mentaal aanwezig.<\/li>\n<li>Energie ervaren in plaats van leeg te lopen: Ze voelen zich opgeladen door hun werk, niet uitgeput.<\/li>\n<li>Enthousiast zijn over hun job: Ze tonen oprechte interesse en plezier in wat ze doen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Deze drie gedragingen vormen samen een krachtig profiel van een ge\u00ebngageerde medewerker. En dat profiel is goud waard.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3747a61 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3747a61\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Betrokken medewerkers kunnen zich beter concentreren<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d980f8b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d980f8b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mcme.be\/en\/blogs\/conclusies-van-5-jaar-mcme-engagement-tevredenheid-en-welzijn\/\">In onze analyses van McME-data van 2020-25<\/a> gingen we na in welke mate medewerkers gefocust zijn tijdens hun werk: ze laten zich niet snel afleiden, blijven geconcentreerd en zijn mentaal aanwezig.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f8bda4e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f8bda4e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>eNPS of employee net promotor score is een managementtool om\u00a0 de tevredenheid en loyaliteit te meten. Orgineel werd de NPS-score ontwikkeld door Bain&amp;Company \u00a0(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bain.com\/consulting-services\/customer-strategy-and-marketing\/net-promoter-score-system\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/www.bain.com\/consulting-services\/customer-strategy-and-marketing\/net-promoter-score-system\/<\/a>). Medewerkers krijgen de vraag of ze de werkgever zouden aanraden. Ze geven een cijfer van 0 tot 10. Medewerkers die een 9 of 10 geven zijn promotoren. Bij een 7 of een 8 spreken we van een passive. Een medewerkers die een 6 of lager geeft wordt een detractor genoemd. Je opgeladen voelen door je werk, niet uitgeput.<\/p>\n<p>In dezelfde sample zien we dat slechts de helft van de Detractors energie heeft gedurende de werkdag. Niet met een generieke vragenlijst die je van het internet plukt, maar met een aanpak die past bij de taal, cultuur en ambities van jouw organisatie. Een vraag als \u201cVoel je je betrokken bij je werk?\u201d kan in de ene organisatie perfect resoneren, maar in een andere context hol of afstandelijk aanvoelen. Dat vermijd je als je vragen passen bij de taal, cultuur en ambities van jouw organisatie.<\/p>\n<p>Bij McME geloven we dat meten pas waardevol is als het aansluit bij de realiteit van de werkvloer. Daarom starten we met een wetenschappelijk onderbouwd model en gaan we dat samen met de klant finetunen op maat van de organisatie. Zo ontstaat een vragenlijst die niet alleen data oplevert, maar ook gedragen wordt door de organisatie. Want alleen als medewerkers zich herkennen in de vragen, krijg je eerlijke en bruikbare antwoorden. Of ben je benieuwd hoe je engagement tastbaar kan maken in jouw strategie?
