class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In veel organisaties wordt medewerkers-engagement nog te vaak gezien als een \u2018zachte\u2019 HR-indicator. Leuk om te hebben, maar moeilijk te linken met harde bedrijfsresultaten. Het lijkt vooral goed voor medewerkers. Nochtans is engagement een directe hefboom voor een performante organisatie.<\/p><p>Neem 3 indicatoren van performantie die wij meten als \u201cengagement benefits\u201d: kwaliteit, samenwerking en retentie.<\/p><p>Bij alle 3 kunnen CEO\u2019s betrokkenheid gebruiken als hefboom voor een toekomstbestendige organisatie:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d2ca98d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d2ca98d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Streven naar kwaliteit<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0de2193 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0de2193\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Kwaliteitsbewustzijn is geen luxe, maar <strong>een strategische troef.<\/strong> Zeker nu betrouwbaarheid en reputatie belangrijker worden. Medewerkers die niet enkel taken afvinken, maar kwaliteit willen leveren, nemen verantwoordelijkheid voor hun werk, denken na over de gevolgen van hun keuzes en stellen vragen als:<\/p><ul><li>\u201cIs dit echt de beste oplossing voor de klant?\u201d<\/li><li>\u201cWat betekent deze beslissing voor mijn collega\u2019s?\u201d<\/li><li>\u201cHoe kan ik dit proces verbeteren voor de toekomst?\u201d<\/li><\/ul><p>Zulke reflectie leidt tot minder fouten, hogere klanttevredenheid en een robuustere dienstverlening.<\/p><p><strong>In onze bevragingen bevragen we telkens dit streven naar kwaliteit.\u00a0 We zien we dat kwaliteitsbewust gedrag samenhangt met engagement.<\/strong> We tonen hieronder onze eigen data, die gebaseerd is op medewerkers in de Belgische dienstensector (lees hierover meer: <a href=\"https:\/\/mcme.be\/fr\/blogs\/conclusies-van-5-jaar-mcme-engagement-tevredenheid-en-welzijn\/\">Conclusies o.b.v. 5 jaar McME data<\/a>). Rechts van medewerkers die aangeven niet ge-engageerd te zijn, links staat data van ge-engageerde deelnemers,\u00a0 We meten dit via eNPS, ofwel de employee net promotor score (<a href=\"https:\/\/mcme.be\/fr\/enps\/#whitepaper\">lees hierover meer in onze whitepaper<\/a>). Rechts zien we dat 56% bezig is met de kwaliteit van hun werk en 20% zelfs sterk bezig is met kwaliteit in hun werk. Samen is dat goed voor 3 kwart van de ge-engageerde medewerkers! Links zien we dat slechts 37% aangeeft kwaliteitsbewust te zijn (donkergroen en lichtgroen samengenomen). Belangrijk in tijden waar meer en meer overheen silo\u2019s wordt samengewerkt.<\/li><li>Weten dat je op anderen kunt rekenen, verkleind ook de drempel om uit te reiken als je op verschillende plekken werkt (thuis, kantoor).**<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-28b43a8 e-grid e-con-full e-con e-child\" data-id=\"28b43a8\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f8bda4e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f8bda4e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>**Wist-je-dat&#8230;<\/strong><\/p><p>We een Remote working onderzoek deden wanneer medewerkers verplicht thuiswerkten door de Covid-19 pandemie? In dit onderzoek bij verschillende bedrijven bleek dat het grootste gemis voor medewerkers lag in het moeilijker of niet kunnen uitreiken naar hun collega&#8217;s.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1690bb8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1690bb8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Loyaliteit: \u201cIk wil hier blijven.\u201d <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-23ddd74 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"23ddd74\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In de \u201cwar for talent\u201d is het behouden van ervaren medewerkers minstens even belangrijk als het aantrekken van nieuwe. Om deze reden meten we ook of medewerkers de intentie hebben om voor de huidige werkgever te blijven werken.<\/p><p>Retentie is evidenter bij betrokken medewerkers:<\/p><ul><li>Ze geven veel vaker aan dat ze op lange termijn bij hun organisatie willen blijven.<\/li><li>Ze zijn minder vatbaar voor externe aanbiedingen.<\/li><li>Ze tonen meer bereidheid om zich in te zetten voor de toekomst van het bedrijf.<\/li><\/ul><p>Op die manier verlaagt betrokkenheid niet alleen de directe kosten van verloop, maar versterkt het ook de continu\u00efteit van teams.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-510accb elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"510accb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Van zachte waarde naar harde impact<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-10c814d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"10c814d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Streven naar kwaliteit, samenwerking en retentie zijn geen HR-doelstellingen of extraatjes voor de \u2018employee experience\u2019. Ze bepalen hoe sterk een organisatie staat, wie er blijft werken en welke kwaliteit ze leveren. Engagement is dus geen extraatje voor de \u2018employee experience\u2019.
